\"DSC_7663\" TheGoodLife! FC <\/a>was recently honored to be invited to participate in an All Star 5v5 tournament hosted by our home town club New York City FC<\/a>. The setting was La Canchita, NYCFC’s blue concrete pitch at P.S 49 on 139th Street in the South Bronx. Teams competed in several divisions throughout the full day block party ranging from youth and development squads to NYPD and FDNY sides, to downtown stalwarts like ourselves and our friends at Bowery FC<\/a>. The action was intense, the pitch unforgiving and the heat relentless but an amazing time was had by all including NYCFC Peruvian defender Alex Callens<\/a> and Coach Patrick Vieira<\/a> who were on hand to support local NYC football. Big up to Cheick<\/a>, Anatoliy<\/a>, Vince Jr<\/a>, Sebas<\/a>, Captain Timbo<\/a>, Coach Craig<\/a> and our special loan Quinn<\/a> for coming out.
