Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Ingredients<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1 bunch fresh Kale, ribs removed and coarsely chopped<br \/>\n1 jalapeno, minced (remove the seeds first for less heat)<br \/>\n2 cloves of garlic, minced<br \/>\n2 Tbsp good extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\n1 Cup fresh ricotta<br \/>\n\u00bc Cup milk<br \/>\n\u00bc Cup fruity olive oil (like Arbequina), plus more for serving<br \/>\n\u00bc Cup grated Parmesan, plus more for serving<br \/>\nKosher salt and fresh cracked pepper<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5269\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wearethegoodlife.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/KALE-RICOTTA_02.jpg\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wearethegoodlife.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/KALE-RICOTTA_02.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.wearethegoodlife.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/KALE-RICOTTA_02-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Step 1:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">In a medium bowl, combine ricotta, fruity olive oil, milk and Parmesan and stir to fully combine. Add some salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste. It should have the consistency of a thick soup. Remove the tough center ribs from the leaves and coarsely chop the leaves. Reserve in a large bowl. Mince the garlic and jalapeno. You can remove the seeds from the jalapeno first for less heat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5271\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wearethegoodlife.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/KALE-RICOTTA_04.jpg\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wearethegoodlife.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/KALE-RICOTTA_04.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.wearethegoodlife.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/KALE-RICOTTA_04-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Step 3:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a high sided saut\u00e9 pan on medium high. When the oil starts to shimmer, add the garlic and jalapeno and stir it for a minute.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5272\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wearethegoodlife.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/KALE-RICOTTA_05.jpg\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wearethegoodlife.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/KALE-RICOTTA_05.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.wearethegoodlife.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/KALE-RICOTTA_05-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Step 4:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Add the kale directly to the pan, and get it moving around in the pan. You might have to add it in small batches, depending on the size of your pan. As it wilts, it will shrink, making room for more to be added.
